1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Ordeh website at ordeh.com("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who We Are

The Site is operated by Ninebright Group Sdn. Bhd. (Co. No. 202001025880), a company registered in Malaysia. "Ordeh" is a product of Ninebright. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Ninebright Group Sdn. Bhd.

3. Scope of These Terms

These terms govern your use of this website only. The paid Ordeh service is provided under a separate written agreement signed between Ninebright and the customer. Nothing on this website — including any pricing information, feature descriptions, or demo-request submissions — creates a service contract, a binding offer of service, or any enforceable obligation on Ninebright's part.

4. Permitted Use

You may access the Site to read about the Ordeh product and to submit a demo request in good faith. You must not: scrape or systematically download content from the Site; use automated tools to access the Site; reverse-engineer any aspect of the Site or product; or use information on the Site to build a competing product or service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, logos, screenshots, and code — is owned by or licensed to Ninebright. No licence is granted to you beyond the right to view the Site in a browser in the normal course of use. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

6. Demo Requests

Submitting a demo request does not create any obligation on Ninebright to respond, schedule a demonstration, or enter into a commercial agreement. We may decline any enquiry at our sole discretion without providing a reason.

7. Third-Party Platform Dependency and Service Availability

The Ordeh product operates in conjunction with third-party messaging and communication platforms, including but not limited to WhatsApp and services operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Ninebright makes no representation or warranty that any such third-party platform will remain available, accessible, technically compatible with Ordeh, or free from policy or operational changes.

Changes, suspensions, terminations, account restrictions, rate-limiting, policy updates, or any other action taken by third-party platforms are entirely outside Ninebright's control. Ninebright is not liable for any disruption, downtime, data loss, inability to access the service, or any business or financial impact arising from such third-party actions. Ninebright has no obligation to provide an alternative service, workaround, or refund as a result of third-party platform changes or unavailability.

This clause applies to the Ordeh service described on this Site and supplements (but does not replace) any service-level commitments in a separately signed customer agreement.

8. No Warranty

The Site and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Pricing, feature descriptions, screenshots, and other product information on the Site are illustrative and subject to change without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Ninebright's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of this website is limited to MYR 100. In no event shall Ninebright be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability, even if Ninebright has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

For the avoidance of doubt, this clause applies to your use of this website. Liability in relation to the paid Ordeh service is governed exclusively by the separately signed customer agreement.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ninebright, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

Ninebright may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice and without liability.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The revised terms take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of the Site.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
