This Privacy Policy applies to the Ordeh website at ordeh.com. Ordeh is a product of Ninebright Group Sdn. Bhd. (Co. No. 202001025880), a company registered in Malaysia. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What This Policy Covers
This policy covers the data we collect through this website and its demo-request form. It does not cover data processed under the paid Ordeh service — customers on the paid service are governed by their separately signed agreement with Ninebright.
3. What We Collect
Demo-request form: When you submit a demo request we collect your name, WhatsApp number, and any business details you choose to provide (business name, email address, and a description of your business). This information is submitted voluntarily by you.
Server logs: Our hosting infrastructure records standard web-server logs including IP address, browser user agent, and request timestamp. We do not use these to build profiles.
Analytics: We use self-hosted Umami analytics. Umami is cookieless and collects only aggregate traffic data (page views, referrers). It does not collect personally identifiable information and does not use tracking cookies.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your demo-request submission solely to contact you about the Ordeh demo you requested, to schedule a call, and to follow up on your enquiry. Your data is not used for third-party marketing, is not sold or rented to anyone, and is not shared except as described in Section 6 below.
5. Lawful Basis Under PDPA 2010
We process your personal data under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). The lawful basis for processing your demo-request data is your consent, which you give by submitting the form.
6. Third-Party Processors
We share your data only with the following service providers, strictly to deliver the services described in this policy:
Resend (email delivery infrastructure, operated by Resend Inc., United States / European Union) — used to forward your demo request to our team. Your name, WhatsApp number, and any message you submit are included in this email.
Our hosting provider — the virtual private server on which the website and analytics run. Your data is stored on servers within the hosting provider's infrastructure.
Your data may transit outside Malaysia to these processors. We rely on those processors' own contractual and technical safeguards for data in transit and at rest.
7. Retention
Demo-request submissions are retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact, after which they are deleted. Standard server logs are rotated and deleted within 90 days.
8. Your Rights Under PDPA
Under Malaysia's PDPA 2010, you have the right to request access to your personal data, request a correction of inaccurate data, withdraw your consent (which will not affect any processing already carried out), and request deletion of your data. 9. Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit and access-restricted database storage. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. We will notify you without undue delay in the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms.

This website is directed at businesses and their representatives. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18 years of age.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. We will announce material changes on this page. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
